We are so glad you are safe and that your house is, too. Our kids were really upset by this! Ethan almost cried this morning as he realized that the awesome ditch they love to play in is destroyed. Jane wanted to know if the kids who started the fire will get out of jail if they say sorry. And she said they're like the guys on the song "Bad Boys" (you know, the COPS theme song!) Reid and Luke hope the boys get sent to "juvy". (Juvenile detention) I should also say that when Ethan was talking to Preston during all this commotion, Jane was the first one to say "We should say a prayer!" Alyson later told me how quickly her prayers were answered, as she literally saw the flames change course, away from their house. What a blessing!
The house must be the most beautiful in the neighborhood. All the smoke is going right into your house. Makes one realize how blessed one can be. Life turns on a dime. gpaf
