Ok, I didn't post this-- thanks to whomever thinks I rock! :) I think the problem is that everyone needs to go into their own Blogger Dashboard and set up their own email address to post to so that it reflects who is posting. It should be under the tab Settings, and then Email & Mobile, if I remember correctly.
