The tattooed lady and the artist.
Typical grandpa pose, blast the potato peelings and yes Mr. Quail I know there is no "e"
The best way to tend Alec.
The real way to tend the Richards kids. Grandma wanted Cami to see that she really did their hair.We arrived home at 4PM yesterday, showered, used the elongated toilets and drove to Denver for a dinner meeting with Lance Johnston regarding the plans for the 2008 Batten's conference to be held in Denver on July 17-20th, 2008. Then it was home again in a blinding rainstorm to finally get into our own bed about 10PM. Ones own bed is just fine.
We did ok with the Richards, but the weather was rotten the whole time and we were confined indoors way two much.
Now we fly out on Sunday to Detroit, drive to Traverse City and then drive home with Derek and Brit. Then we are staying put for a while.
A couple of pics.

So, are you in charge of the Batten's conference? Welcome back for a day or two. Thanks for watching our rugrats as well! I tell you what, those two of mine sure look guilty! We leave today for New York until Sunday, then we're going to Boston on Monday for some business and then we'll only be home Tuesday and half of Wednesday before flying to Lansing for Derek's graduation on Thursday. We get home that Friday where we should stay for the remainder of May.
We are just all trying to make sure you do not get bored in your old age.
